1. संजिप्त नाम रर प्रारंभ – (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम राष्टर ीय िधुजनक कला सां हालय, संस्ट् कृजत
मंरालालय पुन: स्ट् थापन सहायक भतक जनयम, 2021 ह।ै
(2) ये सरकारी राजपराल में इनके प्रकािन कप तारीख को प्रवृत् त होंगे।

3. भतक कप पधतिजत, िय-ु सीमा रर अन्य अहता ाएं, िदद : उक्त पद हते ु भतक कप पधतिजत, िय-ु सीमा, अहता ाएं रर

प्रचालन स ेछूट द ेसकेगी।
5. जिजथल करन े कप िजि : जहां केन् रीय सरकार कप यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना िव यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह
उसके जलए जो कारण ह ैंउन्ह ेंजलजखत में दजा करके रर संघ लोक सेवा ियोग से परामिा करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध
को दकसी वगा या प्रवग ाके व्यजियों कप बाबत, िदिे द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
6. व्य ावृजत्त :- इन जनयमों कप कोई बात, िरिण, िय-ु सीमा में छूट रर उन अन् य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,
जजनका केन् रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए िदिे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों,
अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन् य जपछ़े े वगगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों रर अन्य जविेष प्रवग ा के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना

िधार पर जवचार दकए जाने के जलए जनधााट्ररत िैजिक
योग्य ताओं तथा अनुभव रखते हों पर भी जवचार दकया
जाएगा तथा इसके साथ बाह्य उम् मीदवारों पर भी
जवचार दकया जाएगा यदद उनका चयन पद पर जनयुजि
के जलए होता ह ै तो उक् त पद को पदोन् नजत द्वारा भरा

ट्रटप्प ण 2 : जव्मान जवभागीय तकनीकप पुन: स्ट् थापक
के जलए इन जनयमों कप अजधसूचना कप तारीख पर
उपयुाक् त ट्रटप्प ण 1 में जनधााट्ररत िैजिक योग्य ता तथा
अनुभव को धाट्ररत करना अपेजित नहीं होगा।
ट्रटप्प ण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि (जजसके अंतगात अल् पकाजलक
अनुबंध भी ह)ै कप अवजध, जजसके अंतगात केंरीय सरकार
के उसी या दकसी अन् य संगनन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि
से नीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन् य काडर बाह्य पद पर
प्रजतजनयुजि कप अवजध (अल् पकाजलक संजवदा सजहत)
िाजमल ह,ै साधारणतया तीन वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी।
ट्रटप्प ण- 4 : प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि (अल् पकाजलक
संजवदा सजहत) के जलए अजधकतम ियु सीमा िवेदन
प्राप्त करने कप अंजतम तारीख को छप् पन वषा से अजधक
नहीं होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd November, 2021
G.S.R. 832(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the
Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the
post of Restoration Assistant in the National Gallery of Modern Art, Ministry of Culture, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement .- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, National
Gallery of Modern Art, Restoration Assistant, Recruitment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix . - The number of the said post, its
classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4)
of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-
limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of
the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall
be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the
personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds
for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient
so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपराल : असाधारण 5
Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of
persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other
concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward
Classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the
Central Government from time to time in this regard.
