Title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Karnataka Essential Commodities Licensing (Amendment) Order, 2020. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Clause 5.- In the Karnataka Essential Commodities Licensing Order, 1986,(hereinafter referred to as said order) in clause 5, in sub-clause (1) for the words “one year” the words “five years” shall be substituted. 3. Amendment of Form B.- In form B appended to the said order, in clause (9), for the words “end of the December of the year of issue”, the words “end of December of the fifth year of the issue” shall be substituted.
