S.O. 1337(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Seeds Act,1966 (54
of 1966) the Central Government hereby declares the Seed Testing Laboratory of the National Seeds Corporation
Limited, New Delhi, to carry out the function as a Regional Centre of Central Seed Testing Laboratory at National
Seed Research and Training Centre, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from first day of April, 2024.
