ििा ाँ केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय ि ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन ि,ै विा ाँ वि उसके जलए िो कारण ि ैं उन्ि ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वग ग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आििे द्वारा, जिजथल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आय-ु सीमा म ें छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि म ें समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन् य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवग सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवग ग के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत ि।ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम पि की संख्या वगीकरण वते न पररवार संस्ट्थान और प्रबंिन या समतुल्य कल्याण मंत्रालय –सिस्ट्य; के अंतगगत प्रजिक्षण पूरा दकया 3. 3. वररष्ठ वैज्ञाजनक अजिकारी (श्रेणी-ll), िो और िो रोकड़, लेखा और क्षेत्रीय औषि परीक्षण प्रयोगिाला, 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh, Accountant, Recruitment Rules, 2004, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Accountant, in the Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh, Ministry of Health Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services, Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh, Accountant (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be a specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such persons and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Not applicable. (b) Experience: Two years’ experience in Cash, Account and Budget work in a Government office or public sector undertakings or autonomous body or statutory body. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these regulations with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. – Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. (B) possessing the qualifications and experience as under: (a) Essential Qualification: (i) a renowned scholar in Arabic or Persian or Urdu or Hindi or Sanskrit or Islamic Studies or Medieval Indian History; (ii) Master Degree in any of the above disciplines from a recognised university or institute; (iii) having published at least five books or ten Research Papers etc; (iv) at least Five years’ experience of teaching or research or administration in a comparable Library, University or other Teaching/Research Institution; (b) Desirable Qualification: (i) Degree or Diploma in Library Science or Library and Information Science, Computer Science, Data Processing etc. from a recognised University or institute; (ii) Degree of Ph.D. in any of the subjects as mentioned under Essential Qualification above. Note:- (i) The age-limit for deputation (including short term contract) shall not exceed fifty six years. (ii) The crucial date for determining the age-limit shall be the normal closing date for receipt of application from the candidates in India.
