No. S-16012/01/2018-LW(B).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider grant of exemption to Odisha Coal and Power Limited for Mohanpur Coal Mine Project, Sundargarh Distt. Odisha under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act,1970 against Notification No. S.O.2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of certain employment of Contract Labour in the works specified in the schedule to the said Notification. 2 The composition of the Committee and its term of reference will be as under:- 1. Shri Shiv Kumar Yadav - Member President, Koyala Shramik Sabha, WCL Headquarter, Civil Lines, Coal Estate Nagpur-440018. 2. Shri Dilip Kumar Chakraborty, -Member House No. 322A, Bhagwan Das Chitrakar Hata, Humayunpur North, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh -273015. 3.
