No. 511/2/1/2015-Cab.—In the resolution of the Cabinet Secretariat vide No. 511/2/1/2015-Cab.,
dated 1st January, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the
7th January, 2015, in paragraph 13, for item (b), the following item shall be substituted, namely:—
“(b) Governing Council comprising the Chief Ministers of all the States and Union Territories with
Legislatures and Lt. Governors of other Union Territories.”
