This is with reference to the CDSCO, MOHFW, DGHS, Gol, letter No. F.
No.D.21013/87/2016-DC dated 2" December, 2016 vide which sanction has been
accorded for engagement of 15. Nos. of Bench Chemists, 1 No. of Data Entry
Operator, 3 Nos. of Lab. Assistants and 1 No. of Office Assistant to be filled up on
contractual basis. Advertisement for these posts was made in CDSCO website on
03/01/2017. A total of 197 candidates applied for the posts of Bench Chemists , 16
candidates applied for the posts of Data Entry Operator, 19 candidates applied for
the posts of Lab Assistant and 19 candidates applied for the posts of Office Assistant
and these candidates were asked to appear for written examination on 22/01/2017
conducted in a transparent and fair manner by the Department of Pharmaceutical
Sciences, Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh and National Institute for Rural
Development, Guwahati, (MORD), GOI, respectively.
Accordingly the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh
University, Dibrugarh for the post Bench Chemist and the National Institute for Rural
Development, Guwahati (MORD), GOI for the post Data Entry Operator, Lab
Assistant and Office Assistant were requested to conduct written examination by
setting up of question papers, invigilation and checking of answer scripts for the
above posts. As per their conveniences of both the institutes, written examination
was conducted on 22TM January, 2017 at Karmasri Hiteswar Saikia College, Six Mile,
Guwahati-781022.
Based on the performance on preliminary written examination followed by
viva-voice held on 22 and 23TM of January 2017 respectively and after careful
verification of documents and certificates of each of the candidates the selection
