New Delhi, the 11th November, 2024
S.O. 4875(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3 of the Assisted Reproductive Technology
(Regulation) Act, 2021 and Section 17 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 and also in supersession of notification
of even no. dated 15th September, 2023, the Central Government hereby notifies the revised composition of National
Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board for the purposes of the Assisted Reproductive Technology
(Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 by replacing Para (f) of the notification of even No.
dated 4th May, 2022 as under :-
(f) Chairpersons of the States of Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu and Telangana as Members, ex officio;
