NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2022
S.O. 4581(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013
(18 of 2013) read with sub-section (2) of section 3 and section 5 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of
2021), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of Shri Kanthi Narahari as Technical Member in
the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal appointed, vide Notification No. S.O. 2220 (E), dated the
28th June, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), with
same terms and conditions for a period of one year or till attaining the age of 67 years or until further order,
whichever is the earliest with effect from 10th April, 2022.
