या (ii) जिन्होंन े मूल काडर या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर 9 (53100-167800 रु.) या समतुल् य म ें जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजक्त के पश् चात उस श्रेणी म ेंिो िि व की सेिा की ह;ै या[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (iii) जिन्होंन े मलू काडर या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर 8 (47600-151100 रु.) या समतुल् य म ें जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजक्त के पश् चात उस श्रेणी म ेंचार िि व की सेिा की ह;ै या (iv) जिन्होंने मलू काडर या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर 7 (44900-142400 रु.) या समतल्ु य म ें जनयजमत आधार पर जनयुजक्त के पश् चात उस श्रेणी म ेंपांच िि व की सेिा की ह;ै या (v) जिन्होंन े मलू काडर या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर 6 (35400-112400 रु.) या जनयजमत आधार पर समतुल् य म ें जनयुजक्त के पश् चात उस श्रेणी म ेंिस िि व की सेिा की ह;ै और (ख) िो जनम्न जलजखत िैजिक अहतव ाएं और अनुभि रखते हों- (i) ककसी मान् यता प्राप् त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट् र्ान स े स्ट्न ातक जडग्री; और (ii) केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संघ राज्य ित्रे प्रिासनों या पजललक सेक्टर उपक्रमों या मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालयों या मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्ट्र्ाओं या कानूनी संगठनों या स्ट्िािासी जनकायों म ें लेखा, प्रिासन और स्ट् र्ापन काय व म ेंतीन िि व का अनुभि। रटप्प ण 1: ऐस े जिभागीय अधीिक जिन्होंन े िेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर 6 (35400-112400 रु.) म ें उस श्रणे ी म ें िस ििव की जनयजमत सेिा की हो, पर बाहरी िालों के सार् जिचार ककया िाएगा और यकि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए िह चयजनत ककया िाता ह,ै यह प्रोन्नजत द्वारा भरा गया समझा िाएगा। रटप्प ण 2: प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अिजध, (जिसके अतं गतव अल्पकाजलक संजििा भी ह)ै जिसके अंतगवत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या ककसी अन् य सगं ठन या जिभाग म ें इस जनयुजक्त स े ठीक पहल े धाररत ककसी अन् य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अिजध ह ैसाधारणतया तीन ििव स ेअजधक नहीं होगी। रटप्प ण 3: प्रजतजनयुजक्त द्वारा जनयुजक्त (जिसके अंतगवत अल्पकाजलक संजििा भी ह)ै के जलए अजधकतम आय-ु सीमा आिेिन प्राप् त करन े की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन ििव स ेअजधक नहीं होगी।) यकि जिभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह ैतो उसकी संरचना । भती करन ेम ेंककन पररजस्ट्र्जतयों म ेंसघं लोक सिे ा आयोग स ेपरामि व ककया िाएगा । (12) (13) लागू नहीं होता । संयुि पद्धजत द्वारा पि भरते समय संघ लोक सेिा आयोग से परामि व करना आिश् यक ह ै । [फा.स.ं ए-12018/1/2020-आ.प्र.] अिीत कुमार, अिर सजचि MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FARMERS WELFARE (Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th January, 2025 G.S.R. 37(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices, Administrative Officer, Group ‘A’ post Recruitment Rules, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules, regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Administrative Officer in the Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices, Administrative Officer (Group ‘A’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government, may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 1: The Departmental Superintendent in Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400) in the pay matrix with ten years of regular service in the grade possessing the educational qualification and experience prescribed for deputationists will also be considered along with outsiders and in case he is selected for appointment to the post, it shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion. Note 2: Period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation (including short-term contract) shall be not exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
