Venkateswara Raju, Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer, Kadapa in the reference 1st read above, represented to the Government that he is native of Nellore District. His old aged parents are residing at his native place and taking treatment in Tirupathi. Due to that he is unable to shift his parents to Kadapa where the medical facilities are not available. He also stated that there is a clear vacancy of APAO is in Chittoor which is nearer to his native place and he can look after his parents often. Therefore he requested to transfer him as Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer, Chittoor on humanitarian grounds. 2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby transferred Sri M. Venkateswara Raju, Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer, Kadapa, and posted as Assistant Pay and Accounts Officer, Chittoor on humanitarian grounds in the existing vacancy in relaxation of ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above. 3.
