Srinivasa Murthy, DAO (W) Gr.II, ISLMC Division, Visakhapatnam in his representation 1st read above, represented to the Government that he was working in Visakhapatnam since 6 years and requested to transfer him to R&B Division, Srikakulam on personal grounds. 2. In response to Government Memo 2nd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above has stated that the post of DAO (W), R&B, Srikakulam is vacant and it is a Grade-I Division. The individual is a native of West Godavari District. As per existing orders, the individuals who are in Grade-II may not be considered for posting to Grade-I Division. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad to effect the transfer of Sri P. Srinivasa Murthy, DAO (W) Gr.II, ISLMC Division, Visakhapatnam to R&B Division, Srikakulam, in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above and instructions issued in Government Memo No. 15036-I/144/WA.II/2005, dated 16.06.2005 in posting a DAO (W) Grade II to a Grade I Division, subject to certification that the individual shall not be entitled to any TTA/DA or joining time. 4. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad shall take necessary action and intimate the date of joining of the individual at the new place of posting.
