O R D E R:
In the reference 2nd read above, the Secretary A.P.State Council
of Higher Education, Hyderabad, has informed that Ms. Goutham Hari
Priya Yadav was born on 20.02.1997 and she is falling short of two
months and nineteen days for admission into EAMCET-2012
(Engineering stream) in respect of minimum age required for joining
Engineering stream 1st year under the admission rules in vogue and
requested to issue appropriate orders relaxing the age to enable her to
seek admission in the B.Tech course for the academic year 2012-2013.
2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter,
hereby condone the short fall of age in respect of Ms. Goutham Hari
Priya Yadav, in relaxation of sub rule (3) (iii) of Rule 3 of G.O 1st read
above, to enable her to secure admission into 1st year Engineering
Stream for the academic year 2012-2013.
3. The A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad shall
take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
