In pursuance of orders issued in the references first to sixth read above,
and as requested by the department in the reference seventh read above,
Government hereby issues a Budget Release Order in favour of the Additional
Director General of Police., (Intelligence) for an amount of Rs.1,53,44,000 /-
(Rupees One Crore Fifty Three Lakhs and Forty Four Thousand Only ) (i.e.
Rs. 1,52,45,000/- (Rupees One crore fifty two lakhs and forty five thousand as
additional funds + Rs.99,000/- Rupees Ninety Nine thousand from the existing
BE.2011-12) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders pending provision of funds
by way of obtaining supplementary grants at appropriate time during the current
Financial year 2011-12 under Non-Plan and also permission to utilize the
entire BE. of 2011-12 under 520/521 for purchase of STRIDE Mk-1 jammer
system with Toyoto Fortuner vehicle for the convoy of Hon’ble Chief Minister of
Andhra Pradesh as follows.
