(04) G.O.Ms.No.7, Finance (DCM-III) Department, dt.24.01.2011. - - - O R D E R: - In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner/Director of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad, in his/her letters 2nd & 3rd read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to affect the Zonal transfer of Sri A.Dayanand, Lecturer in Chemistry, Government Degree College, Armoor, Nizamabad District from Zone-VI to Hyderabad City Cadre on humanitarian grounds and also in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.4th read above, as his younger son is totally blind and cannot speak and he needs speech therapy at rehabilitation centre and admission in blind school which is available at Thakur Hari Prasad Institute of Research Center and Rehabilitation for Mentally Handicapped at Hyderabad, subject to assign last rank below to the last approved probationer in the new unit i.e Hyderabad City Cadre , duly forgoing his seniority in the present working unit i.e Zone-VI. 2. The individual is not eligible for T.T.A. & D.A. etc and joining time, as the transfer is ordered at his request. 3. The Director of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take further action in the matter accordingly. 4.
