Secretariat, Hyderabad. *** ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above S. Babu Rao, Record Assistant, Finance Department has stated that he has incurred expenditure of Rs.26,757/- towards his wife’s (Smt S. Laxmi) treatment of “DM & HTN” from 09.12.2011 to 08.02.2012 at Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 4th read above the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.26,757/- (Rupees Twenty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Seven only). 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.26,757/- (Rupees Twenty Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Seven only) to Sri S. Babu Rao, Record Assistant, Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred for his wife’s (Smt. S. Laxmi) treatment for as per G.O. Ms.No.74 H.M.&F.W. Dept. Dt. 15-3-2005. 4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “2052. Secretariat General Services - 090. Secretariat – S.H. (06) Finance Department – 010. Salaries – 17. Medical Reimbursement”. 5.
