Read: G.O.Rt.No.580, Ind. & Com (Vig.) Dept, dt.15.09.2010. &&& Whereas, Sri Tenali Anand Kumar, the then General Manager, District Industries Centre, Adilabad District was kept under deemed suspension; under rule 8(a) (c) of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991 w.e.f. 19-8- 2010 in the G.O. read above. 2. Whereas, a review on suspension cases in respect of ACB Cases was held on 11-11-2011 by the Principal Secretary & CIP in terms of G.O.Ms.No.86, GA (Ser.C) Department, Dt. 08-03-1994 read with Memo. No.15309/Ser.C/2002-2, G.A.(Ser.C) Department, dt. 04-10-2002 and it was recommended to reinstate Sri T.Anand Kumar, the then General Manager, District Industries Centre, Adilabad, into service without prejudice to the criminal and Disciplinary Proceedings pending against him and for posting him to a non-focal post in a far off place. 3. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause © sub-section (5) of rule 8 of the APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby reinstate Sri T.Anand Kumar, the then General Manager, District Industries Centre, Adilabad into service without prejudice to the Criminal and Disciplinary Proceedings pending against him. 4. The Commissioner of Industries, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter immediately. 5. The above orders shall be acknowledged.
