Bill from BSNL Limited, Hyd, Bill No.171267874, Dt.06.02.2012. * * * O R D E R:- Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an amount of Rs.238/- (Rupees two hundred and thirty eight only) towards the monthly user charges on telephone No.23450444 being used by the Universal Access Help Desk of YAT & C (PMU) Department for the months of December, 2011 & January, 2012. 2. The amount sanctioned at para-1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- "3452- Tourism, 01- Tourist Infrastructure, 102- Tourist Accommodation & Other facilities to Tourists - Schemes included in PLAN, 11 - Normal State Plan, 05 - Development of Infrastructure Facilities for Tourism promotion, 130 - Office Expenses, 131 - Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone Charges." 3. The Assistant Secretary to Government & Drawing and Disbursing Officer, YAT & C Department shall draw the amount sanctioned at para-1 above and disburse the same to A.O.
