O R D E R:-
In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate
Education, A.P., Hyderabad in his letters read above, under Rule 14(3) of the A.P.
Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of
Institutions of Higher Education) Rule, 1987 issued in G.O.Ms.No.29 Education,
dated5-2-1987, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord
permission to the management of Margadarshi Educational Society, Hanamkonda,
Warangal towards shifting of Sahara Junior College from H.No.8-10-46, Girmajipet,
Warangal to H.No.5-10-92 & 93, Kishanpura (Naimnagar), Hanamkonda, Warangal
District
2. The Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad shall take
necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
