FINANCE (OP.II) DEPARTMENT G.O. Rt. No. 1066 Dated:22/03/2012 Read the following:- 1. D.O. Letter No.5699/PFS/2011, Finance Department, dated: 23.12.2011. 2. Letter NO.CCG/CON/SNM/0071/2011-12, dated: 08.02.2012 from the Director General, Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad. ***** ORDER: The Finance Department has proposed to implement a Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) in the department to increase efficiency in financial transactions, facilitate effective control, improve transparency in operations, enable accountability at all levels, be sustainable in the long run and be convenient for all stakeholders as this Department is responsible for effective fiscal management of the State. The Centre for Good Governance was requested to take up this work and prepare the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the proposed CFMS and arrange to send the cost proposals for arranging the payment after completion of the assigned work vide reference first read above. 2. In the reference second read above, while furnishing the terms of reference (ToR) of the Project the Centre for Good Governance has given the project cost for an amount of Rs.40.00 Lakhs (Rupees Forty Lakhs only) and requested to release 90% of the project cost i.e., Rs.36.00 Lakhs (Rupees Thirty Six Lakhs only) to enable them to release the payment to its partner Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt., 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord sanction for incurring an expenditure not exceeding Rs.36.00 lakhs (Ruppes Thirty Six Lakhs only) being 90% of project cost towards Integrated HRMS and CFMS Project to Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad . The expenditure above sanctioned shall be debited to “-090- GH.11-(32) CFMS-310/312 Other Grants-in-aid. 4. The Assistant Secretary, Finance (Claims) Department is requested to credit the payment to the Bank Account through ECS in A/c No.30005301443, MIRC Code: 500002074; IFSC Code: SBININB214, State Bank of India, Personal Banking Branch, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Branch in favour of the Centre for Good Governance, Hyderabad.
