Secretariat, Hyderabad. ***** ORDER: In the reference second read above Sri P. Syam Sunder, Assistant Section Officer, Finance Department has stated that he has incurred an amount of Rs.12,933/- towards treatment of his wife’s (Smt. P. Shylaja) of “Uterus infection” from 22.02.2012 to three months at Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference fourth read above the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny has recommended to sanction the total admissible amount of Rs.12,831/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty One only) by deducting inadmissible amount Rs.101.70/- from gross admissible amount.. 3. Government after careful examination, hereby sanction, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.12,831/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty One only) to Sri P. Syam Sunder, Assistant Section Officer, Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred his wife as per G.O.Ms.No.74, HM&FW Department, dated: 15.03.2005 as recommended the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P.
