Certified that M/S VRM Auto works is a authorized dealer for servicing/repairs of this vehicle. Amount is sanctioned in relaxation of ceiling limits. 2. The amount sanctioned para-1 above shall be debited to “3451.Secretariat Economic Services - 090 - Secretariat - 09 - Irrigation & CAD (IW) Department – 510. Motor Vehicles - 511 – Maintenance of Govt Vehicles ”. 3. Certified that the amount has not been drawn previously. Necessary entry has been made on the Log Register. The goods purchased are for official purpose and they are received in good condition. Certified that the vehicle is working satisfactorily after repairs. 4. The Irrigation & CAD (OP) Department shall draw an account payee cheque in favour of M/s VRM Auto works Secunderabad for payment of the amount sanctioned in para-1 above. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning (FW:BG) Department as per the rules or orders on the subject.
