From the VC & MD, APTDC, Lr.No. TDC/JM(A)/GOAP-Grants/2010, Dated: 12-01-2010. ***** O R D E R: In the reference first read above, Finance (Expr.GAD.II) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.25,48,00,000/- as additional provision under Plan Scheme of YAT & C Department for Erection and Development of Memorial for Late Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy at Idupulapaya, Vempalli in Y.S.R. District in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders. 2. In the reference second read above, Administrative sanction was accorded for an amount of Rs.25,48,00,000/-. 3. In the reference third read above, the VC & MD APTDC as per the discussions held with the Finance Department, submitted requirement of funds month wise statement for development of Memorial for Late Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and requested to release the amount accordingly. 4. In the reference fourth read above, the VC & MD, APTDC has informed that when the bill for an amount of Rs.25,48,00,000/- was preferred, the Finance Department directed the VC & MD, APTDC to furnish the requirement of funds against the released BRO month wise. Based on the month wise requirement, the first installment of Rs.2,00,00,000/- for the November, 2011 was released on 05-12-2011. Further he has informed that when preferred the bill for Rs.3.00 crores for December, the Pay and Accounts Officer returned the bill for want of necessary administrative proceedings from YAT & C (PMU) Department on month wise requirement basis. The VC & MD, APTDC has requested the Government to issue administrative proceedings month wise requirements upto October, 2012 as indicated in Annexure. 5. Government, after careful examination of the request of the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., hereby permit the VC&MD, APTDC for preferring the bill month wise as per the annexure enclosed to this order.
