From the Director, Ground Water Department, Lr.No. 5602/HP.II (1)/2010, dated: 16-12-2011. @@@ ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Government have accorded permission for upgradating IT hardware, software and network connections under NCB at State Ground Water Data Processing Center (SGWDPC) for an amount of Rs.42.79 Lakhs, subject to following proper procurement guidelines as envisaged in PAD. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director, Ground Water Department has informed that they have procured computers and peripherals as a part of Upgradation of IT hardware under World Bank funded HP-II through NCB procedures from M/s. Cache Peripherals, Secunderabad and the contract amount for the above IT hardware is Rs.42,78,732/-. M/s. APTS was requested to conduct acceptance test for the consignment received from M/s. Cache Peripherals, Secunderabad as the department does not have qualified IT expert. M/s. APTS has accepted for conducting the acceptance test and raised performa invoice as per an amount of Rs.90,779/- @ 2% on consignment value i.e., Rs. 41,15,106/- excluding taxes as per G.O.Rt.No.43, Finance & Planning Dept. dt: 15.06.1998. 3. The Director, Ground Water Department has therefore requested to accord permission for payment of acceptance test service charges to M/s. APTS Limited, Hyderabad for the hardware procured. (PTO)-2- 4. Government, after careful examination, hereby accord permission for payment of Rs. 90,779/- (Rupees Ninety thousand seven hundred and seventy nine only) to M/S APTS Ltd., Hyderabad for conducting acceptance test for the Hardware procured since there is provision available in BE 2011-12 from the following Head of account. “ MH 2702 Minor Irrigation – SMH.02 – Ground Water – MH.005 – Investigation – GH.11 – Normal State Plan – SH.04 – Survey and Investigation of Ground Water Resources – 500 Other Charges / 503 Other Expenditure – PLAN”. 5.
