From the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, Hyd. Lr.No.SAAP/F/3216/2011, dated:05-08-2012 and dated:22-10-2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.568, Finance (Expr.GAD.II) Department, dated::21-02-2012. ***** ORDER : In the circumstances reported by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the letter 1 read above and in view of the Budget Release Order st issued in the reference 2 read above, administrative sanction is hereby accorded to incur an nd expenditure of Rs.734.00 lakhs (Rupees Seven Crores Thirty Four Lakhs only) as additional budget towards Assistance to Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh to clear the long pending retirement benefits to retired employees and salaries to employees to Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulations and subject to obtaining supplementary grants at appropriate time during the financial year 2011-12. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2204 - Sports and Youth Services MH - 104 – Sports and Games GH - 11- Normal State Plan SH - (04) Assistance to Sports Authority of A.P. 310 - Grants – in – Aid 311 - Grants-in-Aid – towards salaries”. 3. The V ice Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh is authorized to draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above and permitted to credit the same in the PD Account No.41 of Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh. 4. The Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh shall incur the expenditure for the purpose for which it is sanctioned and shall furnish the Utilization Certificate for the sanctioned amount in due course, duly obtaining supplementary grants at appropriate time during the Financial year 2011-12 under plan. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD.II) Department vide their U.O.No.30342/407/Expr.GAD.II/A1/2012, dated:23-02-2012.
