The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2251-Secretariat Social Services - 090-Secretariat – SH (14)-Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department -280-Profetional Services-281-Pleader Fees”. 3.
