From the Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Development Commissioner of Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No. 10506/2009/F2, dated 25-02-2011. *** O R D E R : Whereas, in the G.O. first read above, the Government have appointed the Additional Director (H&T), Office of the Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Development Commissioner of Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad as Official Person-in-Charge of the Andhra Pradesh State Textile Complex Co-operative Society Limited, Hyderabad for a period of six months from 27-3-2008 to 26-9-2008 under clause (a) of sub-section (7) of section 32 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964). 2. And whereas, in the reference 2nd to 5th read above, the term of the Official Person-in-Charge was extended from time to time upto 26.3.2011. The Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Development Commissioner for Apparel Export Parks, Hyderabad in the reference 6th read above, has requested the Government to consider extending the term of Official Person-in-Charge of the Andhra Pradesh State Textile Complex Co-operative Society Limited, Hyderabad for a further period of six months from 27.3.2011 to 26.9.2011 duly exercising the powers under section 123 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964. 3. And whereas, the Government, after careful examination, have decided to extend the term of Additional Director (Handlooms and Textiles), Office of the Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Commissioner for Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as Official Person-in-charge of the Andhra Pradesh State Textile Complex Co-operative Society Limited, Hyderabad for a further period of six months from 27.3.2011 to 26.9.2011 to manage the affairs of the society. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 32 (7) (a) (ii) of Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964), the Government hereby extend the term of Additional Director (Handlooms and Textiles), Office of the Commissioner of Handlooms and Textiles and Development Commissioner for Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, as Official Person-in-Charge of the Andhra Pradesh State Textile Complex Co-operative Society Limited, Hyderabad, for a further period of six months from 27.3.2011 to 26.9.2011 to manage the affairs of the society.
