From the Commissioner of Handlooms and Textiles and Commissioner for Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.10478/09-E2, dated.21-02-2012. -0-0- O R D E R:- In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders appointing Sri B.Bheema Naik, Deputy Director, (H&T) Anantapur as Chief Executive Officer, SETWAR, Warangal on deputation basis initially for a period of one year from the date of assuming charge, in terms G.O.(P) No.10, Finance (FR.II) Deptt., dt.22.01.1993. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the CH&T, has submitted that Sri B.Bheema Naik, is presently working as Joint Director (H&T)/Principal, Telugu Cheneta Parisramika Sikshana Kendram, Hindupur and the Govt., is the appointing authority for the cadre of Joint Director (H&T) as per the A.P.State Handlooms and Textiles Service Special Rules issued vide G.O.MS.No.1, Ind & Com (Tex) Deptt., dt.2.1.1993. and he has requested the Govt., to issue orders relieving Sri B.Bheema Naik, Joint Director (H&T)/Principal, Telugu Cheneta Parisramika Sikshana Kendram, Hindupur to enable him to join the post of Chief Executive Officer, SETWAR, Warangal on deputation. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby relieve Sri B.Bheema Naik, Joint Director (H&T)/Principal, Telugu Cheneta Parisramika Sikshana Kendram, Hindupur, so as to enable him to join in the post of Chief Executive Officer, SETWAR, Warangal on deputation, as per the orders issued in the reference 1st cited. 4. The Commissioner of Handlooms and Textiles and Commissioner for Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
