O R D E R:-
In the circumstances reported by the Secretary, Board of Intermediate
Education, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter read above, Government after careful
examination of the matter hereby accord permission to Jubilee Hills Education
Society, Hyderabad for shifting of their Jubilee Hills Junior College from Road
No.71, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad to D.No.13-95, Nandi Pad Road, Miryalaguda,
Nalgonda District in relaxation of Rule 14(3) of the A.P. Educational Institutions
(Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher
Education) Rules, 1987 issued in G.O.Ms.No.29 Education, dated 5-2-1987,
subject to fulfillment of all other terms and conditions stipulated by the
Government / Board of Intermediate Education and other authorities from time
to time.
2. The Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad shall take
further action in the matter accordingly.
