Application of Sri M.Narasa Raju, Asst Secy to Govt(Retd), dt:20.01.2012. 5. Govt. Memo No:1880/SE.OP/3/2012, dt:25.01.2012 . 6. Letter from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad Lr.No:222/CDS/2012, dt:14.02.2012. @@@@ ORDER: Sri M.Narasa Raju, Asst Secy to Govt(Retd),School Education Department in his application 4th read above, has requested the Government to reimburse an amount Rs.6,446/- incurred towards the Medical expenses for self treatment for “Epistaxis with Hypertension“ during period from 12.01.2012 to 14.01.2012.01.2012 at Care Hospital , Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 6th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt.Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the Medical Bills and informed that an amount of Rs.6,446/- (Rupees Six Thousand four Hundred and Forty Six only) is admissible for reimbursement. 3. Government, after scrutiny of the claim in terms of G.Os 1st, 2nd & 3rd read above, hereby accord sanction for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.6,446/- (Rupees Six Thousand four Hundred and Forty Six only) to Sri M.Narasa Raju, Asst Secy to Govt(Retd), School Education Department incurred towards the Medical expenses for self treatment for ““Epistaxis with Hypertension“ during period 12.01.2012 to 14.01.2012. at Care Hospital , Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat – Social Services – 090 Secretariat SH(18) – Education (SE-Wing) Department, 010 Salaries – 017 Medical Reimbursement” 5. The Education (SE.OP/Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned at para (3) above and credit the same into the individual’s bank account through ECS. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
