Ms No. 127, Finance (DCM-III) Department, dated 22.06.2011. *** O R D E R: Sri P. Rajanikara Rao, DAO (W) Gr.II, Office of the Executive Engineer, I&CAD, N.N. Division, Kavali in his representation 1st read above, requested the Government to transfer him to R&B Division, Nellore on personal grounds stating that at present he is working as Divisional Accounts Office (W) Gr.II, in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Nellore North Division, Kavali from 04/2008. His aged parents are residing at Nellore for their convenience to undergo frequent medical checkups where proper medical facility is available. He is the only son to look after the responsibility of his old aged parents. His assistance is very much required to them for their day to day life. As he is staying at Kavali he is facing much inconvenience to take care of them. In these circumstances, it is found inevitable to him to stay at Nellore. Hence, requested to transfer and post him to Nellore in the existing vacancy in the Office of the Executive Engineer, R&B, Nellore. 2. In response to Government Memo 2nd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above stated that the post of DAO (W) in R&B Division, Nellore is vacant and it is a Grade-I division. He is native of Nellore district. Previously the individual worked in T.G.P. Mechanical Division, Nellore, Nellore Central Division, Nellore, R&B (NH) Division, Kadapa and Nellore North Division, Kavali from 04/2008 to till date. As per existing Orders, the individuals who are in Grade II may not be considered for posting to Grade I Division and even to their native districts. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad to effect the transfer of Sri P. Rajanikara Rao, DAO (W) Gr.II, Office of the Executive Engineer, I&CAD, N.N. Division, Kavali to R&B Division, Nellore in the existing vacancy in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above, instructions issued in Government Memo No. 15036- I/144/WA.II/2005, dated 16.06.2005 in posting a DAO (W) Grade II to a Grade I Division and also the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.116, General Administration (Services. A) Department, dated: 21-02-1990, to post a Gazetted Officer to his native District, subject to certification that the individual shall not be entitled to any TTA/DA or joining time. 4. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad shall take necessary action and intimate the date of joining of the individual at the new place of posting.
