No. 116 Dated 19 -3-2012 Read the following:- 1.G.O.Rt.No.229, H.E.(TE.I) Deptt., Dt. 13.4.2011 2. From the CTE, Hyderabad, Lr.No.FII-1/20917/2010, Dt.21.5.2011. ***** O R D E R:- In the reference 2nd read above, the CTE,. Hyderabad has furnished a proposal to Government stating that Sri P.Satyanarayana and Sri G.N.Dasarath were appointed as a Daily Wage Worker by the Principal, Government Institute of Printing Technology, Secunderabad against the Contingent post on 4.4.1985 and 15.4.1985 respectively. On completion of (5) of service, the Principal, Government Institute of Printing Technology, Secunderabad had converted them into regular post in Last Grade Service w.e.f. 4.4.1990 and 23.4.1991 in respect of Sri P.Satyanarayana and Sri G.N.Dasarath and allowed to draw the Revision Pay Scale of 740-1160 as per Principal’s Proc.No.GIPT/C/226/85, Dt.11.3.1991 and allowed to draw the scale of 740-15-950-20-1150 w.e.f. 4.4.1990 & 23.4.1991. As per the Government Order in Govt. Memo.No.1750/TE.I/A1/1951, Dt.13.3.2005, the Commissioner of Technical Education has examined the cases in accordance with the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance & Planning Department, Dt.22.4.1994 and furnished the proposal to Government for absorption of the services of Sri P.Satyanarayana and Sri G.N.Dasarath, in the regular Class-IV posts. Government have permitted the Commissioner of Technical Education, Hyderabad to absorb them in regular post vide G.O.Ms.No.14, H.E.(TE.I) Department, Dt.19.2.2007 from the date of issue of orders. Accordingly Sri P.Satyanarayana and Sri G.N.Dasarath, contingent workers were absorbed into Government service vide CTE Proceedings dated 26.2.2007. As per the orders of the Hon’ble APAT, Hyderabad issued in O.A.No.2950 of 2008, Dt.10.8.2008, Government have issued orders vide G.O.Rt.No.229, H.E.(TE.I)_Deptt., Dt. 13.4.2011 extending minimum time scale of pay for the period from 1/1/2005 to 27/7/2007 to Sri P.Satyanarayana, Sweeper, Govt. Polytechnic, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad. The Commissioner of Technical Education, Hyderabad has requested to extend the benefit of payment of salary to Sri G.N.dasarath, Sweeper, GIPT, Secunderabad also with effect from 1.1.2005 to 27.2.2007 as considered in case of Sri P.Satyanarayana, Sweeper, J.N.Govt.Polytechnic, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad. 2. After careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner of Technical Education, A.P., Hyderabad, Government hereby extend the minimum time scale of pay for the period from 1.1.2005 to 27.2.2007 in respect of Sri G.N.Dasarath, Sweeper, Government Institute of Printing Technology, Secunderabad. 3. The Commissioner of Technical Education, A.P.., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance(PC.III) Department vide their U.O.No.2332/24/A1/PC-III/2012, Dt. 31.1.2012.
