Payment of Salaries and Removal of Disqualification Act, 1953, (Act.11 of 1954). Income Tax on behalf of the Finance Minister, shall be paid by the State Government taking into consideration the salary and other allowances paid to him, and perquisites, Electrical Appliances and accommodation provided to him, etc., Income Tax is due to be paid for the Financial Year 2011-2012 on behalf of the Finance Minster. 2. Under Clause (3) of the A.P. Payment of Salaries and Removal of Disqualification Act, 1953, sanction is hereby accord for payment of Rs.1,60,341/- (Rupees One lakh Sixty thousand Three hundred and forty one only) as Income Tax payable to Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, T.D.S. Circle-14 (2), Ayakar Bhavan, Hyderabad towards payment of Income Tax payable by the Government of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of Hon’ble Finance Minister for the Financial year 2011-2012. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 2 above shall be debited to “2013-Council of Ministers – M.H.-101-Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – SH(04) Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – 010 – Salaries”.
