Read: From the CE (R&B) CRN & MD, APRDC, Letter No. 180310 / MD / APRDC / PD / DCE -2 / DEE -4 / AE 6/ 2010, dt.17-8-2011and 28-12-2011 *** O R D E R: In the letter 1st read above, the Chief Engineer (R&B), CRN & Managing Director, A.P Road Development Corporation, has requested the Government to permit him to engage expert / consultant to examine various alternatives to execute the permanent restoration works to prevent Sea erosion of Vakalapudi-Edatam Road from KM7/200 to 11/200 and to take view about sanction of permanent restoration work under core net plan . 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to engage of expert / consultant with the probable cost of Rs.5,21,000/-(Rupees five lakhs twenty one thousand only), for taking up the proposed subject work to examine various alternatives to execute the permanent restoration works to prevent Sea erosion of Vakalapudi-Edatam Road from KM 7/200 to 11/200. 3. The expenditure towards engagement of consultant will be met from the Head of Account -5054 - Capital over lay on Roads & Bridges – 04 - District & Other Roads– MH-800 – Expenditure-GH 11 Normal State Plan- SH (33) Core Net Work Roads (Works)–530 Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure. 4. The Chief Engineer (R&B), CRN & Managing Director, A.P Road Development Corporation, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Dept, vide their U.O.No.671/33/A2/Exp.PW/2012, dated:30-1-2012.
