Hyderabad, Letter, Rc.No.10771/2006-K2, dated 25-10-2010. -0-0- O R D E R:- In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord post facto permission / post approval to Sri A.Narsinga Rao, Joint Director (H&T), O/o the CH&T, Hyd. to proceed to Mumbai to attend the 64th meeting of Hank Yarn Price Monitoring Committee held on 22-10-2010 and to perform the journey by Air returned by Air. 2 Under Rule 47 of the Andhra Pradesh Travelling Allowance Rules, and in relaxation of instruction No. (viii) of the reference 1st read above, Government hereby accord post facto permission to Sri A.Narsinga Rao, Joint Director (H&T), Office of the DH&T, Hyderabad in having proceeded to Mumbai to attend the 64th meeting of Hank Yarn Price Monitoring Committee held on 22-10-2010 by air, in economy class, subject to the condition the instructions issued in the reference 1st read above should not be violated in future. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account from which the pay and allowances of the officer are being drawn. 4. The absence of the Officer on the above including Journey time shall be treated as on duty, under F.R. 9(6) (b) (i). 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as per the orders in force.
