2. From P.A to Prl. Secretary to Govt., (FP) Ind. & Com Dept.,
application along with Medical bills dt.31.10.2011.
3. Govt. Memo.No.960/OP.I/A2/2011, dt.20.01.2012.
4. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, Secretariat,
Lr.No.Rc.No.193/CDS/11, Dated 23.01.2012.

ORDER:
Government hereby accord sanction for payment of an amount of
Rs.178/-(Rupees One hundred and seventy eight only) to Sri C.R. Biswal, IAS,
Principal Secretary to Govt., (FP), Industries & Commerce Department towards
the reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred for Purchase of medicines for
“Eye Infection” to him self during the period from 16.11.2011 to 19.11.2011 at
Govt. Civil Dispensary, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para(1) above shall be debited to the
following Head of Accounts:
“3451 - Secretariat Economic Services
090 - Secretariat.
07 - Industries and Commerce Department.
010 - Salaries
017 - Medical Reimbursement.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II) Department shall draw and
disburse the above amount to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (M&H)
Department as per the orders in force.
