TRANSPORT, ROADS AND BUILDINGS (B.II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt No. 118 Dated:04.02.2012 Read:- From the E–in–Chief (R&B) Buildings, Lr.No. DEE/ Elect/ Minister Qtrs/2010. dated.07.12.2011. *** ORDER: In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord Administrative sanction, for an amount of Rs.1,05,400/- (Rupees One Lakh, Five thousand and Four hundred only) for replacement of damaged Water Coolers by New Supply and Fixing of 2 Nos Water Cooler with Purifier at Quarter No.9, O/B Hon’ble Minister for Forests, Environment, Science and Technology and Quarter No.13, O/B Hon’ble Minister for Municipal Administration at Ministers’ Residential Complex, Road No.12, Banjara Hills Hyderabad. 2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: MH - 4216 Capital Outlay on Housing - 01 Government Residential Buildings - M.H.106 General Pool Accommodation SH(04) – RA - 530 Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure. 3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly. 4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.0427/15/Expr.PW/A2/11, Dt.20.01.2012.
