Rc.No.259/CDS/12, dated.25/02/2012 received in Government on 13-03-2012. - - - - O R D E R: - In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad, in his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord sanction to the Director of Collegiate Education (FAC), A.P., Hyderabad, to reimburse of an amount of Rs.4,927/- (Rupees Four thousand nine hundred and twenty seven only) as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, O/o Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, in the reference 4th read above, towards medical expenses to Sri Adhar Sinha, I.A.S., the then Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad incurred for treatment of his wife, son and daughter for BP&DM etc., 2. The Original medical bills received through the reference 2nd cited are returned herewith to the Director of Collegiate Education (FAC), A.P., Hyderabad, for taking further action in the matter and the receipt of the same may be acknowledged. 3.
