Ramachandra, the then D.M.(Housing), APSHCL, Hyderabad, now EE (R&B) (Expired on 21.07.2003); and, (2) Sri K. Suresh, the then Dy.EE, APSHCL, Hyderabad, now I/c.EE (R&B), committed certain irregularities in construction of Government School Buildings at Borabanda and Bulkampet in Hyderabad District in 2000. 2) As per the directions of the Government, in the reference second read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., issued article of charges against the above said two (2) Officers, vide reference third and fourth read above, respectively. 3) The above said 2(two) Charged Officers submitted their Written statement of defence; on their written statement of defence, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., - in consultation with the Chief Engineer, A.P.State Housing Corporation Limited, in the reference sixth read above – requested to abate further action against (1) Sri R. Ramachandra, as he was expired on 21.07.2003; and, that warning be issued in respect of (2) Sri K.Suresh, not to give room for any procedural lapses in discharging his duties, in future. 4) Government, after careful examination of the matter, decide and hereby drop further action against (1) Sri R. Ramachandra, the Contd….P.2:: 02 :: then District Manager (Housing), A.P.S.H.C.L., Hyderabad, now EE (R&B) (Expired on 21.07.2003) as abated; and, drop further action and also warn (2) Sri K.Suresh, the then Dy.EE, APSHCL, now I/c.EE (R&B), not to give room for any procedural lapses in discharging his duties, in future. 5) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Admn., shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
