Memo No:1721/SE-OP/2012, dt:21.01.2012. 6.Letter from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad Lr.No:230/CDS/12, dt:31.01.2012 @@@@ ORDER: Sri.T.Nageshwara Rao,Asst Section Officer, Education (SE) Department in his application 4th read above, has requested the Government to reimburse the Medical expenses of Rs.9,358/- incurred for the treatment to his Mother for Cataract Surgery at Maxivision Eye care centres on 14.01.2012. 2. In the reference 6th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the Medical Bills and informed that an amount of Rs. 9,358/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Eight only) is admissible for reimbursement. 3. The Government, after scrutiny of the claim in terms of G.Os 1st, 2nd & 3rd read above, hereby accord sanction for reimbursement of an amount of Rs. 9,358/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Eight only) to Sri.T.Nageshwara Rao,Asst Section Officer, Education (SE) Department towards medical expenses incurred for the treatment to his Mother for Cataract Surgery at Maxivision Eye care centres, Hyderabad, on 14.01.2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat – Social Services – 090 Secretariat SH(18) – Education (SE-Wing) Department, 010 Salaries – 017 Medical Reimbursement” 5.
