Bill from M/s.S.Jangaiah, Hire Car Owner. dt.02-02-2012. * * * * * ORDER:- In terms of the orders issued in the references first to third read above, sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) towards the payment of hire charges of Hire Car No. AP 09 TV 0535 hired by School Education Department (attached to officers and Department) Hyderabad during the month of Feb-2012. 2 The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat Economic Services – 090 –Secretariat – 18 – Education (SE) Department – 130 – Office Expenses -134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles.” 3 The SE (OP-Claims) Dept are requested to draw the sanctioned amount in para-1 above, and credit to the Bank A/c. of M/s.
