DTA Lr.No.C1/9292/2009 Dt. 25-07-2011 *** ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, repatriation orders were issued in r/o Sri K. Bheema Reddy, Additional Director of Treasuries & Accounts Department who is working on deputation as managing Director, AP Vikalangula Co-operation Corporation, Hyderabad. On receipt of the repatriation orders the said officer was relieved from duty on 14.03.2011 AN and reported in DTA office for posting orders. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government issued orders posting him as General Manager (Finance) APMARKFED, Hyderabad basing on the earlier proposals of the DTA dated 04.03.2011. The said officer reported to duty on 28.03.2011 but the authorities have not admitted him into duty and informed that they are looking for a lower rank officer. As such, proposals were submitted to the Government for issue of modification of posting orders in r/o Sri K. Bheema Reddy, Additional Director of Treasuries & Accounts Department. Accordingly, Government in the reference 3rd read above has issued orders posting the said officer as Director (Finance) SPMU, SERP, Hyderabad and he joined in the new post on 05.05.2011. Hence, the DTA in the reference 4th read above has requested to treat the period from 15.03.2011 to 04.05.2011 as compulsory wait. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to treat the period from 15.03.2011 to 04.05.2011 (51 days) as compulsory wait in respect of Sri K. Bheema Reddy, Additional Director of Treasuries and Accounts Department who is working as Director (Finance) SPMU, SERP, Hyderabad in terms of Ruling-13 under F.R.9 (6) (b) read with Para 3 (iv) of Government Memo No.11854/133/A2/FR.I/98, Dt.28-03-1998. 4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 5.
