Read the following:-
1. From Sri A. Dayakar Reddy, Joint Secretary to Government,
Ind. & Com. Dept., application along with Medical bills dt:28.11.2011.
2. Govt. Memo No.17350/OP.I/A2/2011, dt:17.12.2011.
3. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.2425/
CDS/11, dt:23.01.2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.481/-
(Rupees Four hundred and eighty one only) to Sri A. Dayakar Reddy, the then
Joint Secretary to Government towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses
incurred by him for his treatment of “epilepsy” for two month from 31.10.2011
at Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
following Head of Accounts:
“3451 - Secretariat Economic Services
090 - Secretariat.
07 - Industries and Commerce Department.
010 - Salaries
017 - Medical Reimbursement.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II Claims) Department shall draw and
disburse the above amount to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of H.M & F.W. Department as
per the orders in force.
