DTA Lr.No.C1/729/2012 Dt. 08-02-2012 *** ORDER: In the Proceedings 1st read above, the Chief Executive Officer, SERP, Hyderabad, consequent on the closure of APRPRP by 30.09.2011 and also merging of SGSY to NRLM, relieved Sri K. Bheema Reddy, Additional Director of Treasuries & Accounts Department who was working as Director (Finance), SPMU, SERP, Hyderabad on 15.09.2011. Sri K. Bheema Reddy, Additional Director reported for duty on 15.09.2011, in the DTA’s Office and in the reference 2nd read above, requested to issue further posting orders. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the DTA submitted proposals in r/o Sri K. Bheema Reddy, Additional Director of Treasuries & Accounts Department for posting him as Chief Accounts & Finance Officer, APWRDC, Hyderabad in place of Smt K. Kanakavalli, Additional Director, Treasuries & Accounts Department. Accordingly, Government in the reference 4th read above, issued orders posting the said officer as Chief Accounts & Finance Officer, APWRDC, Hyderabad and he joined in the new post on 23.12.2011. Hence, the DTA in the reference 5th read above has requested to treat the period from 15.09.2011 to 22.12.2011 as compulsory wait. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to treat the period from 15.09.2011 to 22.12.2011 (99 days) as compulsory wait in respect of Sri K. Bheema Reddy, Additional Director of Treasuries and Accounts Department who is working as Chief Accounts & Finance Officer, APWRDC, Hyderabad in terms of Ruling-13 under F.R.9 (6) (b) read with Para 3 (iv) of Government Memo No.11854/133/A2/FR.I/98, Dt.28-03-1998. 4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 5.
