3. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.2312/
CDS/12, dt:23.01.2012.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.14007/-
(Rupees Fourteen thousand and seven only) to Sri A. Dayakar Reddy, the then
Joint Secretary to Government towards the reimbursement of Medical Expenses
incurred by him for his wife’s treatment of “Hypothyroidism” for a period from
14.11.2011 to 15.11.2011 at Kamineni Hospital, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the
following Head of Accounts:
“3451 - Secretariat Economic Services
090 - Secretariat.
07 - Industries and Commerce Department.
010 - Salaries
017 - Medical Reimbursement.
3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II Claims) Department shall draw and
disburse the above amount to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of H.M & F.W. Department as
per the orders in force.
