In the G.O 2nd read above, the Finance (Expr.SE) Department, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.21,52,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Crores Fifty Two Lakhs Only), in relaxation of Treasury Control Order and Quarterly Regulation from the Budget Estimates 2011-2012 towards the Scheme of “Saakshar Bharat Mission 2012”. 3. In pursuance of the above orders and after careful examination, Government hereby issue Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.21,52,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Crores Fifty Two Lakhs Only) towards implementation of Saakshar Bharat Mission 2012” under the following head of Account: Plan (Rupees in thousands) Sl.
