G.O.Ms.No.62, Fin.(BG.I) Dept, dt 15-4-2011. *** O R D E R: According to the orders issued in the references cited, 25% budget Provision towards 4th quarter for the financial year 2011-12 i.e. an amount of Rs. 82, 50,000 /- (Rupees Eighty Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) is hereby released to the Departments as shown in the annexure to this order for sanction of Motor Car Advance. 2. The sanctioning authorities shall ensure that prompt action is to be taken against the defaulting Officers who misuse or fail to complete the formalities in time 3. The Secretariat Department shall issue suitable instructions to the loan sanctioning authorities to arrange for prompt recovery of the loan amount sanctioned to the employees as per the rules on the subject. 4. The expenditure on account of the Motor Car advance shall be debited to “7610- Loans to Government Servants – M.H. 202- Advances for purchase of Motor Conveyances- -S.H. (04) Loans for purchase of Motors Cars” 001-Loans for purchase of Motor Cars. 5. The Departments of Secretariat shall take necessary action for sanction of loans to the eligible officers in the Secretariat, Heads of Departments etc., and for re-allocation of funds where powers have been delegated for sanction of Motor Car Advance to the Heads of Departments under their control.
