EDUCATION (SE-PROG.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 126 Dated:17.03.2012 Read the following:- 1) G.O.Rt.No.837, Education(SE-Prog-I)Deptt., dated: 24.11.2011. 2) Lr.No.2424/T2/MD/Sainik School/APEWIDC/2011,dated:23..2012 received through the C & D.S.E, A.P, Hyd., Lr.Rc.No.991/B1-1/2009,dated 24.01.2012. *** ORDER: st In the reference 1 read above administrative sanction was accorded for an amount of Rs.3,68,96,000-(Rupees Three Crores Sixty Eight Lakhs and Ninety Six Thousand only) for acquiring land for establishment of Sainik School at Kalikiri Village and Mandal in Chittoor District. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, has sent the proposal of the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Education & Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad, for the Budget Provision of Rs.11.00 Crores (5 Cr Land Acquisition+6 Cr construction) for the period from 15.2.2012 to 31.03.2012, Rs. 35 Crores (Rs.Thirty Five Crores only) for the period from 1.4.2012 to 31.3.2013 and Rs.14 Crores (Rs.Fourteen Crores only) for the period from 1.4.2013 to 15.06.2013 for establishment of Sainik School at Kalikiri Village and Mandal in Chittoor District. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord permission to an expenditure of Rs. 60 Crores (Rupees Sixty Crores only) for the Civil Works. The funds will be released during the next financial year 2012-13 for Rs.46.00 Crores (Rupees Forty Six Crores only) and balance funds of Rs.14.00 Crores (Rupees Fourteen Crores only) will be released in 2013-14. 4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “4202-Capital Outlay on Education Sports, Art & Culture-01-General Education-MH-201-Elementary Education-GH- 11-Normal State Plan-SH(80)-Establishment of Sainik School at Kalikiri, Chittoor District- 530-Major Works-531-Other Expenditure”(to be opened). 5. The Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action and to call for the tenders immediately for the works. 6.
