L.Dis No.55900(1)/MA-f/2011 Dt.15/12/2011 *** ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.54,900/- (Rupees Fifty four thousand nine hundred only) to Sri. R.Ramesh Babu, the then Assistant Section Officer, Ind. & Com. Dept., towards reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred by him for his father’s treatment of ‘Sick sinus Syndrome- Sinus arrest with junctional escape rhythm, Hypotension’ during the period from 07/09/2011 to 12/09/2011 at M/s. Sanghamitra Hospital, Ongole (Un-recognised hospital) in relaxation of IMA Rules. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account: “3451 - Secretariat Economic Services 090 - Secretariat. 07 - Industries and Commerce Department. 010 - Salaries 017 - Medical Reimbursement. 3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II ) Department shall draw and disburse the above amount to the Officer. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of H.M & F.W.
