G.O.Ms.No.54, Fin. (Admn.II) Deptt., dt. 06-04-2011. 2. From Sri Dayananda Swamy, Section Officer (Retd.), H.E Deptt., dt.Nil. -0o0- In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above, sanction is accorded for the refund of Group Insurance Scheme amount, which has been deducted from his salary w.e.f. 01.11.1984 to 31.03.2011 amounting to Rs.9,406/- together with interest accrued thereon of Rs.15,409/- totaling to Rs.24,815/- (Rupees Twenty Four thousand Eight hundred and Fifteen only) to Sri Dayananda Swamy, Section Officer (Retd.), Higher Education Department, who retired from service on 31.03.2011A.N. on attaining the age of superannuation. The individual has not availed extraordinary leave during the above period. 2. The amount sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to “8011-Insurance pension Funds – 107- State Government Employees Fund – 02- GIS – 003 – Interest.” 3. The Higher Education (OP. Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in Para 1 above to the individual. M.G.
